Empowering one million underserved women and youth
Bridging the gap between financial access, participation, and true inclusion—enabling women, youth and underserved communities to build savings habits and participate in India’s capital markets.

Building a Financially Resilient India
The BankersKlub India Foundation (BKIF) is committed to a transformative mission: Impacting 1 million underserved women and youth across India within the first five years of its journey.
While India has achieved remarkable success in Bank Account Access (with over 500 million Jan Dhan accounts) and Digital Infrastructure (via UPI and Aadhaar), a significant "last mile" gap remains.

Dormancy Challenge
Millions of women have bank accounts, but a large percentage remain underutilized.
Accounts are often used only for DBT withdrawals
ATM cards or mobile access is often controlled by family members
Limited financial agency

Literacy to Action Gap
Knowing how to use a bank account is not the same as building wealth.
Financial products are not designed for irregular incomes
Fear of loss prevents participation in financial products, mutual funds, ETFs etc.
Limited confidence to move beyond savings accounts

Trust & Voice Deficit
Financial systems are complex and intimidating.
Text-heavy apps create barriers
Lack of regional language support
Absence of trusted financial guidance

Credit Visibility Gap
Access to credit remains limited despite having accounts.
No individual transaction history
Cash-based economy limits credit scoring
Lack of collateral ownership
