BankersKlub India Foundation ("BKIF", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

What We Collect

Donors: name, email, phone number, postal address, PAN and donation amount. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
People who contact us: the details you include in your message.
Programme participants: information collected during training and follow-up, with consent, to measure the programme's results.
Website visitors: basic technical information that your browser sends automatically. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and our office map from Google Maps, which receive this information (such as your IP address) under Google's own privacy policy.

Why We Use It

To process your donation and send receipts.
To file our annual statement of donations with the Income Tax Department and issue your tax certificate, as the law requires.
To send campaign updates, if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
To reply to your questions and improve our programmes.

Who We Share It With

We share donor details only with Razorpay (to process payments), the Income Tax Department (as required by law) and our auditors. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by a form service (Formspree). We do not sell or rent personal information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep donation records for as long as tax and company law require, and delete or anonymise other information when it is no longer needed.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for updates, by writing to info@bkifoundation.org. Some donation records must be kept by law.
