Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donations to BankersKlub India Foundation are put to work quickly, so they are generally not refundable. We will refund a donation in these cases:

• You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, because of a technical error.
• You made a donation by mistake and tell us within 7 days.
• The donation came from someone we cannot legally accept it from, such as a foreign national. We return such donations to the original payment method.

How to Ask for a Refund

Email info@bkifoundation.org with your name, the amount, the date and your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Tax Certificates

If a donation is refunded, we cannot include it in our annual statement to the Income Tax Department, and no tax certificate will be issued for it.
